The Cable Provider #2 inventory would remain exactly as it is for now.  We can look to re-groom the EPL to another type of connection which will allow a third location to communicate when the time comes.

Note to potential clients / Not part of original assessment:  Keep in mind, this was a $105,000 savings on an expenditure that was only about $200,000 over 5 years!  What could your business on non-profit do with another $105,000?

Providers Considered:

In addition to our negotiations with Cable Provider #2, we attempted to negotiate a mid-term renewal with Cable Provider #1.  They declined to offer a renewal at a discounted price at this time.  We believe we can successfully negotiate lower fees as the contract approaches expiration and hope you will consider engaging us at that time.

We also looked at alternative solutions to either replace Cable Provider #2 and/or replace both Cable Provider #2 and Cable Provider #1 with a single solution.  Though some of the options were compelling, when we sat down and evaluated the pros and cons of each, it became very clear that this is the best course of action at this time.
