We've definitely got something up our sleeves and it's going to be huge.  Our team at Lynde Consulting is really excited to share a little sneak preview about what we are working on.

We are working to forming a partnership and putting some the resources together to start a new business birthed out of Lynde Consulting.  We are now in our ninth year in business and have helped over 450 clients implement our recommendations.  We are a small shop with just a couple employees but we have had powerful results.  Our clients have saved millions of dollars and we have helped them improve their technology and customer service experiences in so many ways.  Frankly, we've learned what works, what doesn't work, and what ideas were just painfully ridiculous!

Now, let's take it up a notch!  We identified another great opportunity but Lynde Consulting isn't going anywhere.  In fact, it's only going to keep growing and getting better.   What we are doing is launching a new adventure to help experienced telecommunications professionals who have the dream of owning their own business start there own autonomous telecommunications consulting firms and providing tools, resources, training, and guidance to ensure they can be successful but at a fraction of the cost, risk, and time that it took us to figure it out without such a resource in place.

So if I'm reading this instead of writing it, I'm thinking, "What specifically are the tools, resources, training, and guidance?"  Let me give you an example.  We've spent tens of thousands of dollars on testing and proving marketing concepts, campaigns, etc.  We've spend thousands of dollars and countless hours developing legal documents.  We've done four website overhauls in the past seven years and we are still working on getting it right.  We've spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars figuring out how to best reach new clients.  We figured out how to literally double our average revenue per client.  We had to figure it out on our own and/or take a lot of time trying different ideas.  With the help of many valuable partners, we have had a great deal of success and we want to multiply that success in a new way.  

Some may think that I'm saying we are starting a Master Agency?  I don't think so.  Maybe it's a matter of semantics to some but not to us.  We are not an agency, at least we don't like to think of ourselves as an agency.  We see brokering business as one tool.  We are a Consulting Firm.  Our vision for this opportunity is to work much more intimately helping our clients chart the course for their business than what we've experienced working with our Master Agent partners. 

Another big hurdle to starting a new business is the reality that it usually takes money and usually involves an initial pay cut.  It's very, very difficult to get financing to start a consulting firm particularly in this field.  We have found some solutions to this problem and stand ready to help our new clients/partners establish financing and execute a game plan that minimizes the debt that is required.
